Donation Request

The Gesa Carousel of Dreams is committed to giving back to our community in the form of ride passes and tokens and discounted event space.

If you have an event you wish to have considered for a donation, please complete the form on this page to have your request considered.

Your request must meet the following criteria:

  • Your complete application must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to your event date.
  • The requesting organization must be a nonprofit, school or PTO group located in Benton or Franklin county.
  • The event must be held in Benton or Franklin counties.
  • Limit of one request per organization per calendar year.

The Carousel does not provide donations to religious groups, political candidates or campaigns or requests that benefit a single individual’s participation in an event or activity.

Generally, the Carousel provides donations to groups which offer family-friendly events and activities. While we would like to support every cause, the needs are far greater than our allocated resources and we sadly are unable to accommodate them all.

Requests are reviewed monthly. No phone calls, please. We will contact you once your request has been reviewed.
