When one of the staff members running the carousel yells at your wife with your four year old daughter standing with her it makes it hard to want to ever go... back. Instead of explaining the rules in a calm manner one of the staff members screamed at my wife and daughter three times without explaining himself on what the issue was.read more

This is our second year of doing a little girls birthday here and I could not say enough about how amazing they are! The volunteers are so awesome! They made... my daughter feel like a princess. Her face lit up when they came and introduced themselves before her party started. This facility is clean and safe. Which is a must for my little girl is anaphylactic to dairy and peanuts. I was disappointed due to the advertising of everything being included in entry for First Night. First thing we did was stand in line forever for facepainting... and then told it was $7&$8 per kid per design. Went to bouncy house bigger kids jumping on littler ones, went to carousel and the lady wouldn't let my daughter stand with her daughter???? She is 2. Always did it that way before. Great event for a little older kids I'm sure. Just don't advertise everything is all inclusive when it's not. Thank you.read more

So the first couple times we came it was fun. My son got to ride the "wolf" which was his favorite. We had never been told the "rules" had changed, or maybe... it always had been, but he could no longer sit on the outside which is where the wolf was located. And it may have been okay if we were nicely told.. but to be talked at rudely after putting my son on the wolf was not appreciated. Also my friend, who I admit did stand up while the ride was going, got harassed for it. One man talked to her.. which ended fine and then all of a sudden two other employees where raising their voices and telling her over and over and over not to stand up, from the ride ending until we walked out the door they just kept talking at us.. we didn't even spend all of our tokens just so we could get away from them. Maybe have an employee or volunteer meeting, whichever you have on staff, and encourage them to speak to people in a more friendly tone and not to follow and harass or chase people out of the building. I did enjoy coming before all of this and enjoy seeing my kids enjoy the ride, but after these experiences we will probably not be back for awhile. Thank you for the few times that were good... farewell.read more

The Carousel hosted the homecoming event for the Kennewick American Baseball team that won the Cal Ripken USA Championship in Aberdeen Maryland. They set up... the room, hung banners, got a podium, and provided the players, coaches, families, and community members with a great experience. Although the team was made up of 12 and 13 year old boys they all seemed to enjoy the carousel as well. They also has affordable quick meals for the families, from their concession stand. It was a great event. I highly recommend consulting them for use of their spacious meeting rooms for any event you may be needing assistance with.read more

We are here pretty regularly. It is so fun for my daughter and the fact that it is paired with the park/splash pad allows us to have a good family day.... Tokens are a bit expensive but the more you buy the less they cost. We just buy the extra tokens and save them for another visit. Staff is always friendly to us. I have been impressed with them every time we have been there.read more

I've heard nothing but good things about the carousel of dreams and we finally decided to go tonight to see Santa and the reindeer & we are not happy at all.... The staff was very rude, they did not know where either of the lines for Santa pictures or the carousel ended and at one point an older staff lady insisted that I was in the wrong line and that I needed to leave my spot in line and go to the back of the line when she couldn't even tell me where that was herself. If you plan on having a big event planned like this again make it an all day thing, not just a 2 hour timeframe where it's way too packed to even stand. Not happy at all & will not be going back for any more events in the future.read more

While the horses are beautiful, I have never felt so unwelcomed and offended. For our very first visit we had been given tickets at the door. However as we... were getting off the ride one of The "Volunteers" accused us of sneaking on the ride because we had four adults and one child. I let my child ride two more times while another volunteer proceeded to be rude to other patrons on the ride. I gave away the last of our tokens. Hopefully that family is treated better than ours. Thank you for making sure we do not return.read more
